Sunsetter awnings used this company to hang my 14' sunsetter awning. Patico hung my awning using only 3 brackets and did not hit one stud when hanging it. They even hung one bracket on a trim piece. Awning begin to strip at the brackets and even broke the trim piece. After numerous attempts at calling them and leaving messages I never received a call back.
