Deposited a cheque in the atm at the Bowmanville Branch. Not a Pathwise member but have always used this branch for years as I am a member of another credit union. Unknown to me cheque was actually in US funds and money was removed from my account. Pathwise took a picture of the cheque and notified my credit union. But then Pathwise lost my cheque in transit to my bank. No responsibility for the negligence of losing my cheque and left me without my money.
I had a very bad experience everything for giving my daughter 10 dollars, waiting for calls that never happened, no apologies for a loan that should have taken 1 or 2 weeks went nearly a month, I have been with you guys for 50 years as a senior Angela made me feel terrible i was scamed and she made me feel like it was fault. I hope you start with your seniors and give them respect
Walked in to have a brief conversation regarding a mortgage renewal. There was no other customers in the building. Not one person would come out of there office to have a quick conversation with me. I can see why the place was empty. I guess I will take my mortgage somewhere else.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle Morrow at this branch, I was having trouble accessing my credit card, and she went above and beyond with helping me, she even followed up after. Thank you for the excellent customer service, and fixing my issue.
Arif Elmazi is a wonderful, kind person...I love Pathwise and Arif makes Pathwise shine....I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful person...I lost my mother and brother within 2 years; when my mom was in palliative care for a painful 30 days, Arif Elmazi supported me every step of the way....If more people were like Arif, our lives would be more enriched.....thank you Arif!!!!!!!!!!!!!
