Currently, the lack of evening or weekend hours makes it difficult to access services, especially since we live in a 24/7 world where flexibility is increasingly important. I was with this union when it the AWCU since 1977. Always had exceptionally great service. Since Pathwise took over the service has plummeted. First off, their hours of operation are now very inconvenient. No evening or Saturday hours. When you call in it takes forever to get someone on the line to talk to. Over half an hour on hold with the announcement they are having a high volume of incoming callers at this time. You get that response every time you call in.
