Walked in to have a brief conversation regarding a mortgage renewal. There was no other customers in the building. Not one person would come out of there office to have a quick conversation with me. I can see why the place was empty. I guess I will take my mortgage somewhere else.
I had a very bad experience everything for giving my daughter 10 dollars, waiting for calls that never happened, no apologies for a loan that should have taken 1 or 2 weeks went nearly a month, I have been with you guys for 50 years as a senior Angela made me feel terrible i was scamed and she made me feel like it was fault. I was with this union when it the AWCU since 1977. Always had exceptionally great service. Since Pathwise took over the service has plummeted. First off, their hours of operation are now very inconvenient. No evening or Saturday hours. When you call in it takes forever to get someone on the line to talk to. Over half an hour on hold with the announcement they are having a high volume of incoming callers at this time. You get that response every time you call in. I appreciate the services your institution provides, but I’d like to share some feedback as a customer. Currently, the lack of evening or weekend hours makes it difficult to access services, especially since we live in a 24/7 world where flexibility is increasingly important. I recently opened my accounts with Pathwise and the experience has been outstanding! The staff and services are exceptional. Credit unions genuinely care, offer personalized support, and are always ready to assist. They are much better than traditional banks. Highly recommended for both personal and business banking!
