Tried reaching out via contact page, phone, and email for a week and no replies. Guessing it has closed down?
Not sure if this place is real or not. I heard they have good reviews but have not received a single response despite sending multiple emails, making multiple calls, leaving voicemails, and even trying the chat bot thing on their website. This has been over a period of about 2 weeks. Even an automated response would be better than the absolute ghost that I've been getting.
Terrible experience. Took forever to get ahold of someone to schedule - once I had something on the books for two weeks they called the night before saying that it was double booked. Many issues with communication and cancellation of appointments - I left a voicemail they claimed it was never received … it took me showing proof.
