Staff is always very friendly and helpful.
I had always been met with what seemed genuine compassion by the staff at this facility. My son has been a patient for 4 years at this clinic, after being referred by Fremont Hospital. The Social Worker advised my son to apply for Social Security (SSI) previously on more than one occasion. My son actually held down a job before his mental health crisis, and he has lost two jobs as a result of having psychosis on the job.. I don’t know who is more incompetent Elena or Dr. Mole. My first experience was with Dr. Mole and every time it was brought to her attention that something wasn’t right she would simply say then send her to the hospital. Isn’t it your job to figure out what’s wrong? What are you getting paid for? Elena is a whole other story. I had an appointment last minute for a medication refill and when I tried to call the pharmacy to make sure I could refill them they said the order was never sent in and she has to wait for my doctor so... read more

Dr mole changed my mom's meds just because my paranoid schizophrenic mom said she didn't need them anymore. 🤦♀️
