Thank you, thank you, thank you is what my body, mind, and soul are saying to me after yesterday's reiki restorative session and what I'm saying to Sonya Verton, our awesome instructor. It was two hours of blissful relaxation! It amazes me that doing supported yoga poses can actually be considered exercise and have so many benefits. And the Reiki is incredible. I can't even begin to tell you just how much I love Pathways!!!!! Nora is a wonderful teacher and a gifted healer. And so are all the ladies who offer their healing services and gifts. I have met the most amazing people there. As soon as you walk in the door you can feel the loving atmosphere. I HIGHLY reccomend you give yourself the gift of healing and go to Pathways. Recently had a Reconnective Healing session with Nora. For months I have been suffering with shoulder pain. Done the usual to alleviate: Physical Therapy, Medication, Cortisone..although helpful....there was residual awareness of my condition. Since my session with Nora I have not had discomfort. Can not wait for my follow up sessions. Amazing person, Amazing technique, Amazing facility.
Spent 2 hours with Nora and Sonya for the relaxation, meditation, yoga with sound healing. It was such a relaxing and enriching experience! I'm not an experienced yogi and this class didn't require any pre-knowledge or skills. They guided our minds and bodies through such a relaxing experience, I'd recommend it to anyone interested in yoga, mediation, and/or relaxation. Can't wait to try out other offerings at Pathways!
I went in to see Nora for some crystal healing and it was Truly one of the most amazing experiences ever. I feel fantastic!!! Full of love and light and free the disarray of emotions that no longer serve me. Oh, and also,all the colors in my everyday life are all so much more vibrant and alive. That is an added bonus!!! What an Empowering FREEDOM Weight Consciousness Work Shop this afternoon. The realization that weight isn't just fat in the body that we struggle to get rid of. Weight can be years of burdens, emotions and feelings buried that needs to be dealt with first. Those emotions, feelings words and yes even self talk allow ourselves to hold on to that weight for security. We feel stuck, not worthy of having divine wellness in our bodies.
