My granddaughter is in the facility and the care is awful. We sent clothes and now they are all missing. Her Tubing was disgusting and her G-tub area was brown and crusty. She looks like she has NOT had a BATH in weeks, the room was dirty. Her eyes had green discharge. You can walk right in without them checking the Hipaa just sign your name and you are in. I will be making a call to the state and CPS.
