Therapist Lindsay very professional and caring. Offered great practical solutions to help me manage post concussion issues.
3 stars is only for the wonderful freehold staff! Dr cared more about the laptop than me. Upset when I left, he heard me but he didnt listen but none of them do. But I'm happy with the office workers there! Very friendly n knowledgable!
Biofeedback was a waste of time and money. My daughter got nothing out of it and billing gave me a problem with sending me statements. Felt like a scam
Not only did we love Dr London who did my daughter testing but we ran into a billing issue and I know sometime the accounting office/billing department doesn’t get the credit they deserve and sometimes not treated the way they should be but Danielle should not only get employee of the month but maybe year because she went above and beyond and trust me she didn’t need to and she did. I called this location a week ago. Spoke to a woman who said she accidentally answered the phone thinking she had someone else on hold, and she could not speak to me then. She took my information and said she would call me back in ten minutes. Forty minutes later, she had not called back. I called and ended up leaving a message. No response.
