As a nurse, I didn't appreciate the way Dr Gordon dismissed other possible causes for my symptoms - even without a full review of all test results from my neurologist. I also found Pathways processes to be rather commercialized and focused on selling therapies, rather than providing full evaluations or support.Why would I choose to schedule out of pocket therapies before completing all testing? It all felt very much like making money was priority number one.

Called on 3/17 and made an appointment for 4/1. I was told that virtual appointments are covered by insurance. In-person appointments are out of pocket. Since this was going to be my child's first appointment, I felt it needed to be in-person and I would pay the fee. We arrived for our appointment and I was told it was virtual and I should've received a link. I replied No, its in-person, and the email I originally received said to bring the patient forms with me. If I could rate 0 I would. The lady who called me to set up appt was very rude. I really couldn't understand her and when I ask her to repeat herself 3 times. She said to me o my God. I hung up on her. Shame on her
