So, when I first chose this place in March of this year (basically for close proximity), intake was a bit slow, and sometimes I would call and get no answer. Then one time they told me to verify my insurance either by email or by giving it to them in person. I drove down to give it to them in person, and nobody was there to open the door for me (they were open by the way). Then they called me and acted like I never came down (which I did). Well let me start by saying to all the negative reviews.... WHO HURT YOU! Listen I get the frustration.. but if you do not understand how backed up the mental health fields are then maybe you should go to school and become one.. The wait times for everything is insane and the only thing you can do is keep calling and trying.. This facility is not the only one around so you can always call other places. they do the best they can with what they have and the office is open late with clients.. Awful place to deal with from the lady who takes the intake to them turning away someone who really needs help. What’s the point of this place if they just don’t wanna see a patient. Terrible practice

horrible. after speaking to an intake person I waited 2 weeks to hear from them about a therapist to see me. then I was told (after they verified my insurance) that they only accept cash/check . they no longer accept debit cards (HSA debit card) effective January 2023 . waste of my time and quite upsetting when you feel you need to talk to a therapist. should have been told this upfront. office personnel was rude from day 1.
