horrible. after speaking to an intake person I waited 2 weeks to hear from them about a therapist to see me. then I was told (after they verified my insurance) that they only accept cash/check . they no longer accept debit cards (HSA debit card) effective January 2023 . waste of my time and quite upsetting when you feel you need to talk to a therapist. should have been told this upfront. office personnel was rude from day 1.

I called to try and make an appointment and see if they could take my insurance. I was instructed the week prior to call back when they started carrying my insurance. Whoever the receptionist was when I called this week yelled at me because the other receptionist did not take my info down. I didn’t realize that someone else not taking my information down when I told them is my fault but apparently it is to this woman.
