I saw a therapist here who traumatized me. Four sessions were setup for a situational issue. The first 3 were okay, but she sat about 8 ft away and complained she couldn’t hear me. I had to strain my voice. I was feeling so much better I almost canceled the 4th. If only I had. Wish I could say better but this office in general, but especially their billing, is ran poorly. I continued to receive bills after confirming with the office that I had a credit on my account because my insurance paid 100% with no copay needed. I had to call more than once to confirm I still had the credit and didn't owe. Then, I received a letter today regarding an appointment that I had cancelled well in advance not once, but twice (voicemail and phone), AND I even rescheduled once they finally answered the phone. Like going to this place. Very friendly atmosphere in the council was here are extremely understanding and listen well.

I was late to an appointment and they wouldn't let me have the appointment when I told them I was in crisis because I needed my scheduled appointment they said it was no longer my appointment and to reschedule for a second time. My therapist never seemed to understand what I said and took it all exaggerated and made me feel crazier than I was when I was just expressing my feelings in therapy and gave me responses that I already *knew*, and acted like I didn't understand when I said I understood.
