My grandchild sees jessica. Shes WONDERFUL and goes out of her way when you need her. Shes very caring and understanding and takes extra time if needed.

Called to schedule an appointment for the first time. Receptionist was not nice at all making the entire phone call uncomfortable. She didn't ask any questions except if I had been there before and what insurance I had. As soon as the insurance information was provided, she said "we don't take that" and ended the conversation. So discouraging being shut down so quickly and not cared about as a potential client.
I’ve been going on and off for 7 years. I’ve never felt so comfortable before talking to someone about how I’m feeling or my problems. It feels like I’m talking to a friend that I’ve known for years. I always look forward to my appointments!
I was dropped a little over a year ago because she didn’t want to lose her license because she thought i was too sad. Gave me and ultimatum of check yourself in or get new meds. got new meds went in and told her and she dropped me the same day and didn’t give me an adjustment period to get used to my new meds. called back to say i’m stable on my new meds and that i couldn’t get discharge paperwork because the behavioral health center wouldn’t take me because i wasn’t sad enough.
