Can't keep people when they need help Find a place that will hold the patient there instead of leaving on their own. My brother walked out and home without them knowing that he physically got into a cab. It was 25 degrees! No compassion and very horrible training. They let a person in training answer the phone with zero knowledge except maybe the HIPPA laws were brained into them. Poor training.
