Thanks for the reviews they are corrected my son son was just taken to this yesterday...today I was trying to make sure my son has my number to call me because I am the only one for him the Lady Amanda or whatever her name is so rude.The one that secretary whatever she is as answering the phones right now.So rude.So I believe it all the reviews that's about the rudeness and the given the wrong medicine.And all this stuff you guys are in for a big lawsuit.I don't play about mine so Trey better be in good hands... (13 yro) i was here for 9 days. The staff was rude i dont remember her name but it was a lightskin lady that seemed like she did not care to work there or about the children. Some of the workers respected us while others didnt. It was this other lady, i also dont know her name but she was like mexican and she had curly hair. (17 yrs) I was admitted to Pathways earlier this month. I would NOT recommend this place to any parent who is seeking immediate help for your child. No soap in bathrooms, shirts with holes in them, biggest bra size was a 36b, bad food, and the place is run by volunteers with no idea what they're doing. While a handful of staff were friendly and genuinely tried their best to help us out of a dark mental state, others simply did not care and blatantly disrespected patients. I know a friend that has stayed here and she said it was absolutely horrible. She had bruises from the beds, they did not follow her diet (she is lactose intolerant), they took all of their notebooks away because of one person, they did not give her her medication, and the whole building was in the 60s. All of the staff are volunteers and do not know how to do the right job. This place was horrible for my friend and I know it will stay this way please never send your child here if you truly care and love them.

This isn’t a psychiatric stabilization center. There is no medical or clinical director. This facility has no idea what they are doing. The place is run by volunteers who have absolutely zero industry experience or knowledge.
