I love Megan (Summar Drive) and Janet (North Jackson). Janet listens well and is very kind and knowledgeable. Megan knew exactly what medicine I needed to help with my depression. Still working on finding a good anxiety med, but that’s ok. I’m still newish and working it out. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it’s really hard to call and get an answer at the Summar Drive office. Sometimes the appointment desk has a habit of ghosting you on the day of your appointment. I've had mental health episodes because no one wanted to answer the phones. Please go somewhere else, even if it means going to Memphis or Nashville.
There are many things I could say negatively about this place, but their communication and lack of professionalism is the absolute biggest issue they have. I am on a medicine that cause withdrawal if not taken, and have many health issues like epilepsy and POTS which can interact with withdrawals and medications in general. They’ve continually scheduled my med appointments past my next refill date and to top it off they will not answer the phone, return voicemails, or even answer the pharmacy. If you are looking for a facility that has the best interest in your mental health, respects the patients and their parents, upholds the company’s code of conduct , prioritizes integrity, always professional, understanding and will do everything in their power to help their clients to succeed DO NOT come here.
