I am very disappointed in the way things are handled with this company ! There was a incident on last week where Josiah was hit 3 times by another client of Pathways and no one has reached out to discuss that with me at all. Very unprofessional ! Josiah has not only one ringworm but 3 !! There is no hesitation to contact me any other time in regards to scheduling or things you all need and I was expecting that same sense of urgency when my child is physically harmed while in Pathways care ! My two children, 4 and 12 go to Pathways in Mcdonough. We have been going for 1.5 years and LOVE everyone here. Our therapist have been amazing and we love them as if they are part of our family. My four year old was non-verbal when she first started and is now talking in 3-4 Word sentences. They are patient, kind, hard working, respectful and so much more. I HIGHLY recommend them.
My son has been going here for about two years. Everyone here has been absolutely amazing. Pathways has really helped not just my son but the entire family. I would recommend pathways to anyone who’s kiddo need that extra help!
