I've had nothing but good experience with these people Andrew is amazing at listening and checking on you if he hasn't heard from you or if there's something going on he doesn't hesitate to let you know or check on you and just let you know that they're there for you. Carolyn is understanding but a bit stricter I believe she kind of can come off intimidating but she means well and she does care. And all the people at the front at the reception desk have always been so good working with me about getting appointments and those... read more

Don't expect to get any help when you need it.go somewhere else.there answer is to go get locked up in treatment.dont waste your time going there.find another option.

Just rude with no understanding. Was told over video chat to speak up. When I did I was told I was yelling. I asked to speak to someone else and that never happened. No patience at all. If I have problems I most definitely do not need to talk to staff that has a chip on their shoulder because they hate their job
