Had sessions scheduled for both my sons. Received the link for virtual sessions the day of the sessions and Mr. Little never showed. He has not called, texted, or responded to my email. This is beyond unacceptable for a therapist.

I've trying to contact them for a while. It say leave a message and we will call back. I have no idea what their return call policy is but for someone who trying to get assistance and one who was referred to them, this is unacceptable. 1 to 2 days is ok but I've been trying for weeks...
