Carole is amazing! After having many wimpy "deep tissue" massages around Columbia, I was thrilled to find Carole who knows how to deliver and meet my specific needs. Her space is also calming and comfortable.
Easily the best massage I’ve ever had! Carole really knows what she’s doing—super professional and made me feel totally comfortable the whole time. She focused on the exact spots where I was feeling tight and adjusted the pressure perfectly. The place is clean and has a really calming vibe. I’ve already started going regularly, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough!
Preston has worked miracles on my knotted old muscles. His detailed understanding of the Muscular System allows him to quickly recognize the tension points causing pain or restricting motion. He has excellent control of his pressure and strokes to release tension and knots. Whether you need myofascial treatment or deep tissue, he can help you. I’ve leveraged multiple massage therapists in my life and definitely feel he is one of the best.
