While I can understand the concept of a waiting list, this clinic needs to really update their technology and or figure out how to communicate with people. 1. Their form on their website is not able to be filled in digitally (I tried on 3 PCs and 2 Macs and an Android - DOESN'T WORK) to be filled out as the version is to old. Tried to tell the person on the phone AND at the desk but they were more interested in getting me "out" then fixing an burden being placed on possible new paitents. 2. Once you do fill the paperwork out... read more

Such a welcoming space. I really enjoyed all of my visits and would highly recommend any of the therapists at this location. Everyone should see a therapist! It's so good for the mind and spirit!
I've had many counselors over the years and I have never felt so calm and at ease going in to seeing a counselor. All of the staff are very nice and make you feel welcome! I don't feel like I'm being judged which is nice for a change. My counselor, is Richard (Rick) he's really down to earth and seems to understand me and my current situation. 😊
