Busy place to be at but great people who do there best to help you BUT when you call to get help nobody can answer the phone, I been calling needing help with the AC/FAN program but can't get the Opperator to answer been calling since the 1st of July other wise this place is very helpful, sweet people....
How do you get help from this place? I've called for a month now it always says they are full but still have funding... Idk what to do??
I have been trying for 2 damned months to get a hold of someone!! They are either lazy or just don’t care!! I’ve left emails, called all hours of the day, I’ve done everything I possibly could with absolutely nothing in response!!
