& can’t find a person to speak to at “the desk “ 2nd day in a row still can’t locate a person working the desk & they’re at full capacity for appts .
Who the hell is working front desk. March 23 2026. Needs audit I've been calling for over 20 mins trying to talk to somebody at the front desk. If you guys don't have somebody just say that. This is ridiculous must you call 10 times you wont get thru to 1 person the whole 10 times, shit is ridiculous. Funds ste still available but you guys aren't doing enough for people to get through funds. Can't make appointments online can't make one over the phone but funds are still available. Do better
