Never answers the phone, online is impossible to use it keeps making me change my password, refusing me to use the new password and then locking my account, stating there are funds but no appointment openings, how the hell do I get to a live person so I can get help ?
They are always willing to help.
Went in to get help with my gas and electric and I’m less than an hour I was done and had the help I needed!
They never answer the phone. No matter what time of day I call. Nobody is ever at the front desk and the phone just rings and rings and rings. I’ve sent emails and also dont get responses. I can NEVER speak to somebody when I call. Soo unprofessional.
Nobody ever answers the phone. Ever!!!!!! Report them to bbb there's no way that the phone keeps ringing all day and no one picks it up.
