The black woman with glasses working the front desk was very kind and helpful. You never know what someone is dealing with and she made the process easy and made a difference for me, thank you.
Whomever is taking calls needs to learn patience and compassion. Disgusting way to be treated as if you’re inconveniencing staff by trying to get the help they offer. Insanely rude and unprofessional
I’ve emailed multiple times with direction to call a specific number for same day assistance. When I do, the number doesn’t even work as if it’s disconnected. When trying to book appointments at 8:00am sharp there somehow already at full capacity and the online form doesn’t work. Im not sure what the point is.
