Who the hell is working front desk. March 23 2026. Needs audit I've been calling for over 20 mins trying to talk to somebody at the front desk. If you guys don't have somebody just say that. This is ridiculous must you call 10 times you wont get thru to 1 person the whole 10 times, shit is ridiculous. Funds ste still available but you guys aren't doing enough for people to get through funds. Can't make appointments online can't make one over the phone but funds are still available. Do better
very easy to go in and file. It does take 12 weeks to be assigned a case worker, so be prepared to wait. But the staff inside was very helpful for me when I couldn't get anyone on the phone.
What I don’t get it get grants and funding to help families in need and I have contacted multiple church’s and 4 other places they keep telling me to contact this church and nope no help the 211 lady was shocks me you think they make a difference in this cruel world
