This builder has caused significant distress for me. They constructed a house on a different lot, leaving behind debris like hard stones and iron rods on my property. Despite repeated requests for removal, the owner assured me it would be taken care of, but the items remain on my land. Their lack of business acumen and relationship management is evident.
Lies upon lies. Won't fix anything. Won't return calls. Won't pay bills. Terrible.
Moved in for more than a year and still have items that have not been fixed (which they promise will fix), been emailing them and waited patiently but now they really just keep stalling and stalling, very disappointed.
