Wow! It is amazing that a place like this even exists. They took such good care of my grandpa during his transition. They made him as comfortable as they could and provided a space for family to gather and share memories in a comfortable environment. His room was large and comfortably fit 6 of us who got to share memories and spend time together during this difficult time. Pathway is such a wonderful caring home for people with 3 or less months to live. The volunteers and staff are terrific. And there is no cost to stay there.
My mom was there in 2017. The care and the people there were fantastic we couldn’t ask for better people. Later on she had to go to another facility for comfort. The Pathway can only do so much. Thank you ladies for all you did for my mom..500 million stars for you guys! Much love 💗💗
I will forever be grateful to Pathway Home for the wonderful care and dignity they gave my father on his last days. To be in a lovely home setting surrounded by his family, brought my father and all of us a tremendous amount of peace. The caretakers are amazing and will accommodate your and your loved ones needs in such a loving and compassionate manner. They made what was an incredibly sad time much easier.
I had no idea that there are two kinds of hospis facilities. The first type of hospis is able to accommodate everyone/anyone whom are passing away, no matter what the medical/physical condition may be. The Pathway Home, unfortunately is NOT that kind of hospis. Our mother apparently is too much for this facility to handle. They can't accommodate a frail 87 year old woman.
