Communication was not great. Emailed for my 6mo appointment, after I scheduled it I was sent a text saying I scheduled too early and to rebook. I took time off of work to get there, to be told I was only getting an exam and not a cleaning.
Had my first dentist appointment, and it went great! The check-in process was smooth, the staff was friendly, and everything was explained well. A great first experience!
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Really appreciate the explanations and time spent on my exam and treatment plan.
They are amazing! They made me feel so comfortable.
