Terrible place, 1- Records mixed up and very inappropriate information added to my child record and they acted as if we were wrong telling them none of the events happened. 2- Have been charged as cash patient for over a year after giving them my insurance information 3x. 3- Don’t even ask questions about what tests have been done or what’s in your child’s file b/c they can’t find any information and refuse to contact you even when including heads of specific departments. 4- All in all Pathways and Dr. Syed are not there to ... read more

Telehealth sucks, Dr. Bhatti treated me like I was a junkie because I dared to confide that I USED to have a drug problem (a decade ago.) My biggest pet peeve, by far, was taking the time off work, driving 70 miles to get there, only to be told that the appointment was canceled and drive 70 miles back. After 3 times leaving there in more of an anxious, neurotic fit of rage than I came, I decided it wasn't for me. Others may have better luck.

I'M A DISABLED, HOMELESS VET TRYING TO ACCESS THEIR SSVF (SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR VETERAN FAMILIES) PROGRAM WHICH IS FUNDED BY A VA CONTRACT. I'VE BEEN WORKING WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 2 & 1/2 MONTHS. I HAVE EXPERIENCED A GREAT DEAL OF INCOMPETENCE FROM THE TOP DOWN. I'VE CALLED MANAGEMENT PEOPLE WHO ARE NEVER AVAILABLE--ALWAYS IN MEETINGS, ON THE PHONE ETC. I come here for treatment for my depression, PTSD, and anxiety. Dr. Bhatti has been so helpful in getting me the help I need. I highly recommend him! He is a telemed doctor so he's in high demand. And the nurse staff is so kind and very gentle with me.
