I cannot express how happy I am with the customer care that Dr. Beck and Ashley have provided me on my road to better hearing. After 4 years of my first hearing test I have finally gone through to get hearing aids. My hearing with the aids is now that of normal hearing. Dr. Beck asked me which was more noticeable, the aids in my ears or me always saying “huh?” Truly I am now hearing the small things that I have been missing for many years. 10 out of 10 suggest you go see them today. We were concerned about our young daughter’s hearing. We had been googling places that accept pediatric patients. Ashley at the front desk is very kind and was very reassuring during our initial conversation. Marisha explained everything to us when we arrived and addressed all of our concerns. The whole experience was very smooth and I am very thankful for them.
