I cannot say enough about the great customer experience we had here. We started taking our dog a few months ago because he was in heart failure. They were so good to walk us through options and always called to check in on our dog after a procedure. We had to put him down and they were so kind and considerate of our wishes. I had been going to another vet for years, but I wish we had found them earlier.
Our Havanese has been having abdominal problems, and after an overnight bloody stool, we took her to Saturday morning urgent care for a checkup. They were busy but very kind and affordable. I hope we don't have to go back but certainly will if the need arises.
I took my 19 year old cat to the clinic with the suspicion of her having a UTI. Gracie received the most amazing compassionate and professional care and is now on her way to recovery.
All was good the front desk lady seem to have a better than you attitude.
Incredible team that provided excellent and compassionate care for our very sick kitty. So grateful for the team at Pathway.
