I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! I brought my rescue pup Tazzie in for xylitol toxicity and the whole staff was very kind and caring. The tech McKenzie and Dr. Pullin treated Tazzie like their own. Immediate treatment was successful - Dr. Pullin spent time with me reviewing the stomach contents and explaining options for next steps of treatment. I was able to take Tazzie home to monitor overnight and bring her back at the 24 hour mark to test liver values (to ensure no hidden damage). The lobby is such a nice environme... read more
Not my experience but I was on the phone with my friend when she was there. The front desk blonde girl with glasses was rude, dismissive & disrespectful especially during a crisis when you need a little compassion. She should go work in the back scooping the poop so she works around her poop all day like her attitude. The refused to call in scripts because they didn't "redress" her wound. Stay away!
Excellent vet care. You have to wait a little bit but well worth it for a minor urgent issue.

I live and hour and 20 min away. But I’ll gladly go out of my way to bring my pups here. I can’t express how amazing the staff and vets are here! My baby Bowie has been sick and it’s been kind of a mystery why. I brought him in to Urgent Care, they took care of him and got a plan going. The prices are VERY reasonable for Urgent Care. I’ve been to other places and it sometimes seems like they seize an opportunity to squeeze out a ton of money, because they know we will do anything for our babies!
