I will no longer be continuing my care with PATHs. I feel it is important to share my reasons so they may be appropriately addressed. I recently called to schedule my first OB appointment after receiving a positive pregnancy test, and the interaction with your reception staff was extremely disappointing. Dr. Fatima Guzman-Gawel really doesn’t listen to what is wrong with why you’re visiting. She sounds like a Dr that is pushing a product for a pharmaceutical company or representative. She tried to use a scare tactic and said an outpatient surgery was life threatening surgery to deter me from what I wanted done to benefit overall. She’s literally worst than any male Dr. I’ve had.

I'm so mad right now I cannot believe my kids and I have been waiting for over 30min and no one ever showed up at the paths pediatric dental office. I called the office when we got home and an employee tells me they were closed today for training. Would have been nice to have gotten a call I told her. She said it's automated and the note in the computer said it only got a dialtone when it called me which is bull because it's a cell phone.
