receptionist was absolutely perfect! she was the sweetest woman to ever have a conversation with! props to her! she helped up our tremendously! on the other hand. the nurse that we went to see for our pregnancy checkup and to find out the gender and health of the baby was very rude and disrespectful ontop of being very impatient, all three of them back there are not professional whatso ever! laughing and cracking jokes at us and gossiping while being on their phones and laughing. we waited 20 min after being back there for h... read more

Dr. Deneville is great and so patient. She's an amazing dentist and very kind. I've neglected my teeth the last few years and she has been helping me get them back on track for the last 2 of those years.

I called at 8:20 AM and was transferred to a team member who never picked up. The same thing at 1:30 PM. I tried again at 4:00 PM and was told to call back in 4 days. I asked what the hours of business since I have tried three times to make an appointment. The team member hung up the phone. This is poor business practice in my opinion.

"We cannot take new dental patients at this time. It could be a month, it could be a year, we don't know when we'll be able to see you" That was the response I got from calling the dental department, they are less than useless.

i am totally disappointed with the women’s care department. i have called for three weeeks and was given the runaround the entire time. i was treated for something without being seen. when i call back, I only spoke tobacco the nurse. After being treated I became sicker and had to go to the ER where they found out the problem after it got worse. i have not been called about my pap results and that has been about a month now. I will definitely drive back to Lynchburg to be treated by doctors who take time with their patients.
