It's sad when you notify your doctor that the household has been exposed to tb and the supervisor here says the health dept has to test and then the health dept has to reach back out to this doctors office to tell the supervisor that they are not doctors and that this is something the office has to handle !!!!! I guess they don't care if the community gets TB.
This place is beyond unprofessional. What type of establishment asks a client how the schools are allowing their unvaccinated child to attend school? And then become bias and refuse to book an appointment. Most terrible doctor office I ever been to in my life.
Staff is always excellent with communication especially when having to pick up the slack from other offices who don't always do their part when coordinating care. All the staff here goes the extra mile to make sure patients recieve care. I've seen all the providers here(PCPs, not neuro) and they have all been great.
