Calling this office is ridiculous. Goes directly to voicemail every time. Return calls do occur, but if you miss the call, you are doomed to more voicemail nightmare. Trying to pay online? Also ridiculous... what an archaic system!! If I don't have a paper copy of my bill, how do I know what the amount is? Since the amount is required for logging in, I'm *still* unable to pay my bill online... after four phone calls to the office today. Poor system. I wish my dermatologist would use someone else!
You're only as good as the people you employ. A woman who claims to be a P.A. at this facility was seen publicly berating a family (with a sick child mind you). I don't know about anyone else, but I for one would not be comfortable having this P.A. involved in my healthcare, or anyone in my family for that matter. The hippocratic oath states that doctors will remember that they "remain a member of society, with special obligations to all human beings".
