Avoid! The collector, while friendly enough, was unfamiliar with some blood tests required. 'What's that?' instills little confidence. Turned out not to matter anyway as both attempts to collect were unsuccessful. She was apologetic, but questioned me as if I was to blame ... 'you have drunk plenty of water today?' Highly recommend. Great staff and highly experienced.
Normally friendly welcoming staff. The woman this morning was quite abrupt/rude like she didn’t want to be there and wished I wasn’t. Not a great way to start the morning.
Wish I had read the reviews before I went here. I was made to feel like an inconvenience for being there in the first place, then walked out before getting my blood drawn after hearing the collector yelling at her current patient that she didn't have time to deal with them.
