Avoid! The collector, while friendly enough, was unfamiliar with some blood tests required. 'What's that?' instills little confidence. Turned out not to matter anyway as both attempts to collect were unsuccessful. She was apologetic, but questioned me as if I was to blame ... 'you have drunk plenty of water today?' Normally friendly welcoming staff. The woman this morning was quite abrupt/rude like she didn’t want to be there and wished I wasn’t. Not a great way to start the morning.
