I have bloods done monthly, and see the same lady each time and wouldn't have it any other way, she is caring and great at her job, actually enjoy getting bloods done.
Twice now I’ve had the same person and she is so incredibly rude unwelcoming and just down right horrible. Treats you as if you’re an inconvenience even though it is in fact her job. Dealing with a miscarriage is traumatic enough then you have to get a blood test from somebody with no people skills or empathy. Wrong profession for someone like that. Awful experience I will not ever go back.
I have always found the staff extremely professional and very friendly. The only negative (and this is not the fault of the Pathology Department!) is the difficulty with parking at Maitland Hospital.
This is a reveiw for staff at Kurri Kurri Pathology North today, unwelcoming, scowl on face, so unprofessional.
North Pathology Maitland, the staff are wonderful, gental and patient. It's a great pathology.
