The 1 star is only because I had to leave one to place the review. ZERO STARS is what I'm actually leaving! Threatened to send for collections for less than $100 which I never received a bill for! Only a sketchy link sent via text from their third party company. Absolutely no compassion in what we patients go through.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Their billing system is a hot mess and apparently they send you bills and statements only via text, which looks 100% like spam complete with a sketchy looking link, that gets filtered out. Threatened with collections over a $9.65 laboratory bill which I already paid the hospital for months ago, for an invoice that I *never* received because apparently they also bill separately.

Our situation is the same. Again, the same lady's name is Karen. They just billed back after several months. I checked with the doctor's office where the sample was sent to them. They confirmed that our insurance information was forwarded to them fully. I have twice called the insurance company to ask why the bill was not paid. The employee answered that they firstly submitted the wrong information and asked me to ask them to resubmit. This lab keeps sending bill, for six months back. My insurance company stated that they have cleared all the claims. Frustrating thing is nobody picks up the phone. I hope they are not covering their unpaid bill of un-insured from the insured patients.
