Everytime I use this office for blood work, it is a nightmare. I have nerves that have been hit, a needle has gone through my vein spraying myself and the tech with my blood and today I had to be stuck in both arms and I now have tendon/nerve damage according to stat care. Avoid this place if at all possible

Not as crowded as other facilities.
I have been using this lab for over a year now. Never need an appointment. In & out service...I have never been here more than 15 minutes. Very friendly staff. I have never had any issues with a blood draw and I am not a small person. Usually have my results in 2 days. My highest bill with my insurance was $10 compared to Mercy StatCare which was $100 for the same test. The only reason I am giving them a 4 is because about 50% of the time I have to call & remind them to send the results to my doctor. I do not understand why ... read more
Person drawing blood stuck me 4x, still no blood. Sent me to Mercy ER...got it on first try!
