While the staff at this location is nice. This company took a year to provide me with a statement for their services. I even called their billing department, and was informed that they were changing billing companies and, "Not to worry, I will get one." I sent their billing an email requesting a patient ID number to pay for the services and it took weeks for them to get back to me. Now I've come to learn that they sent it to collections. This company is a joke.
I have been through so much and this was actually an amazing experience. Seven was my phlebotomist and I just love her. She made all the difference in the world. She is exceptional. From now on seven (7) is my absolute lucky number. Will never forget her.
Quick visit and the technician was highly experienced. Went in for blood work and did not experience any pain or scarring when the needle was inserted.
