This is not a good business at all. When the woman took my blood, she dug into my arm to pull the needle out. Was very painful. I spent a lot of out of pocket money with this company and I didn't pay one bill which I did not receive and it went on my credit report. Just recently found out and it was only 200$ and they re added it to my credit report. I spent so much money with them and they didn't call me to let me know I had a bill that wasn't paid because I didn't receive one. Terrible.
Service was fine. Annoyed at receiving a $10 bill over a month later when I could've just paid my co-pay at the time. Also, the statement is dated over a month before it was actually sent. Went online to pay and even though I entered the account number, it didn't have a balance due. So how am I supposed to know if I've already paid this? Summary: Service was very good, employees were pleasant. Billing experience horrible, confusing, poor!
