I don’t believe this place is a scam, but I believe their choice of contract billing is very sketchy possibly out of the Philippines although it shows the United States, you get a Muslim or Hindu speaking individual that’s hard to understand, especially for people in the northwest United States. This place appears as a scam when I got a text from them stating I owed $80 for pathology work from my recent surgery. I never accept text msssgs from anyone wanting money and never approved this with Bitterroot Health Hospital. This company listed the name of my surgeon and gave a website to submit my payment. I did not respond to this but did respond with "STOP" as an option they gave. They threatened me with fees for stopping their text!!!! I do want to pay the bill but it needs to go through my insurance first. I called ... read more
Terrible bookkeeping and no interoperability with Providence 'My Chart' makes it worse. Their failure to post a payment and submitted to claims over 2 years ago. Nightmare to clear up and seriously would advocate that Providence cease use of this pathology practice. Judging by the reviews this is not new. :-(
Perfect credit and never missed a payment in my entire life. I actually called and attempted to pay the bill off directly to the office and they advised us not because our insurance company had not been billed yet. And the funny thing is they actually have record of that phone call and acknowledge it. Months later we were sent to collections over $60. Would give them zero stars if possible. Horrible billing and customer service!!!!! Never received a statement and was not even aware I had a balance until I received a collection notice in the mail.
