I was very unhappy, they sent my bill to collections without letting me know. I could not find a working phone number for this company, so I called Franciscan Point surgicenter and spoke with their supervisor who contacted Pathology consultants, their manager called me and my payment to collections is being refunded and my insurance is being billed.
