Worst customer service I’ve ever received! I didn’t realize after a surgery that I had this bill. I called in and asked for payment options like all other offices. She was rude, would t give me an option for auto pay plus down payment. Then when I asked again if there were any options she offered one then told me never Mind it’s due today or collections. I have wonderful credit and pay all my bills on time. She was the rudest lady I’ve ever talked to concerning medical bills.
