AVOID THESE HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS! This business will NOT bill your insurance and will not notify you until you receive a collection notice. This business uses a billing company that does not operate in an honest and transparent manner. They medical staff is always willing to quickly answer any questions. I appreciate the professional service they provide our patients and medical providers.
Whoever they hire to do their billing is AWFUL. My husband received a bill, which we paid. Then we got another bill that it was going to collections. I called June 13th, talked to a guy named Ruby, and he said he would take care of it. I gave him the confirmation number from when I paid, and asked if he could call me when fixed. He said no, but we would get a statement showing a zero balance. I didn't trust that, so I called a few days later and (big surprise) it wasn't fixed. So on 6/17, I talked to a Sierra.
