Charged me for services that were ordered by my doctor and were to be paid by the VA. EXTREMELY rude receptionist! Incompetence is their motus operandi!
May 30 Biopsy. 3 weeks later. NO RESULTS! No regard to peace of mind, no regard for getting timely treatment, no regard for doing their job. I see a lot of reviews regarding billing and sending patients to collections. For hospitals that use these poor performing “professionals” please stop.

AVOID THESE HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS! This business will NOT bill your insurance and will not notify you until you receive a collection notice. This business uses a billing company that does not operate in an honest and transparent manner. Exercise your rights as a patient and a customer by refusing to have this business involved in your health care.
