9 months after services were rendered at Memorial Medical Clinics, I recieve a bill for $21. Keep in mind that I'm already on a payment schedule with the hospital for the blood work. Today, I called this outfit to figure out why. They blamed it on the insurance. I had to call them twice because they hung up on me both times. Definitely shady!

Another "healthcare" organization with shady billing practices. Pretty low to assume a patient wants electronic/text message billing. Never authorized or consented to it. Then they got upset because the bill didn't get paid immediately, when they waited a month to send a paper statement. But they were all to happy to send repeated texts and automated phone calls. The guy who answered the phone when I called was clueless and slow. Question everything they do or send you. Never believe them if the don't put it in writing!!!!
