Billing practices have always been shady. It doesn't matter on the insurance , they always bill wrong. I wonder how many people just blindly pay the bill without dispute? If you ever have to use them, always review the bill.
Wife's labs were sent to Pathology Ass. Of Central IL. Service date was 2/22/24. We never received a bill. Just a notification that we were turned over to collections on 11/10/25. Nineteen months later!!! I called the lab to inquire why, they can’t give me any information even though I am the primary on the insurance. This is the most unprofessional laboratory I have ever dealt with. Shame on SIU , and Memorial for using this company.

9 months after services were rendered at Memorial Medical Clinics, I recieve a bill for $21. Keep in mind that I'm already on a payment schedule with the hospital for the blood work. Today, I called this outfit to figure out why. They blamed it on the insurance. I had to call them twice because they hung up on me both times. Definitely shady!
