This place is a battle to work with. I get bills after a year and not even knowng what they were for because so much time has passed. They have tried billing me months to years after test performed. This has happened several times over many years. When contacted, they offer no help and demand payment for something I didn't approve to do or even know was done. Horrible - charged me over $300 for 2 spots - it’s no wonder people can’t get screened when all these companies care about is making money! Very rude when tried to call and ask about how come it was so much when my dermatologist said it would be $58/lab!!!! $350 is way more - our health system is sad!!
Went in for a fine needle aspirations test for a bump on my neck that never hurt before one day after the procedure neck started swelling up called pathology back up and was told this normal put ice on it and it would go away by the third day went to the clinic at my work to let them look at it they said it looked infected so they put me on antibiotics by day four spent 5 hours in emergency room and they had to cut the fine needle aspirations site open and drain the puss out of it the pain was terrible so if told to just put... read more
Miserable experience with their billing system. I never received any bills, no notifications about a balance or anything. 8 months after my procedure I started receiving calls from a bill collector asking for my SSN and DOB. I thought it was a scam. 2 weeks later I received a notificaron from the same bill collector threatening me to report it to bad credit. I called the pathology clinic and nobody answers!
