This is the shadiest company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Every single time my medical provider uses them, this company attempts to bill me the contracted discount amount with my insurance agency. On the EOB, it clearly states “Patient not responsible for discount amount” and yet - without fail - this company sends an invoice for it. I've been waiting since November 29, 2017 for a payment receipt fton this company. I've called them twice and each time I'm giving the information that it was mailed or be mailed that day. I've yet to receive anything in the mail. I've explain to them that because I can't produce this receipt to my FSA providers my account is being suspended and I need to see the doctor. They still haven't provided me with my payment receipt. Sad one has to go through this just to get a receipt of payment.
