They literally threw away my "chain of custody" document for drug test because they thought it's not an important document. Had to reschedule the drug test at a different place. This experience was at the lab located in WSU health and wellness center.

I absolutely HATE having blood drawn because I have very shy veins. The phlebotomist, Savannah, that I worked with today was the best ever. She was kind, friendly, and professional. She actually took time to listen to my concerns and didn't question when I said that I needed my arm heated to have my shy veins become apparent. Excellent work and she even let me come back with my significant other and to ask questions regarding his care. She is top notch and did the best blood draw that I have ever had a PRH.
