Billed me for something my insurance already covered, when called them during business hours to dispute the line hung up after leaving me on hold for 5-10 minutes twice, the third time it rang for a few minutes until inevitably going silent for over 10 minutes with no one on the line. Horrible company will do anything to overcharge you or inconvenience you.
Results took forever to receive.
I am a physician pathologist who spent years at this company where upper management consistently lacked transparency, respect for the laboratory staff at all levels (including physicians), and no prospects for advancement .
