Seems they take lunch at the same time. Posting a lunchtime would be nice. Waited 30 minutes just to get in the door. When I told them I waited 30 minutes there was no comment, no apology, no excuse. I had to ask which room to go to. Lutheran Hospital Network seriously needs to look at the reviews and Survey customers to find out if this lab is up to their quality specifications.
I made my payment in full with three different payments. But they are saying I still owe money and show a wrong amount of a payment that I made. But my bank shows all the correct amounts. Call their number to talk to one of their representatives, they told me I was wrong and to have a good day. Horrible customer service.
Will miscode and over charge. Terrible. Still have representation going after them.
They don’t give formal notes with letter head or heading like you get from a doctors office after your visit to show at work.
