I was sent to collections over a bill I never received. I do not appreciate being sent to collections over a 90-day-old bill that I never received a statement for. I also went through my text messages after they told me they had texted me several times, only to find that Google had filtered their messages as spam, so I never received or saw those notifications. I get sent to collections every time I get my blood drawn from a different city. My doctor has my insurance information but can’t send it to where is testing my blood. And please send me to collections with every blood draw. And please never keep my HSA card on file to avoid this amazing level of incompetence.
Completely awful experience got blood work done in April 2025 and didn’t get billed until October 2025 of that same year got slapped with a $600 bill and then a $200 bill was told I couldn’t pay it. I had to use the app which the app does not work and got sent to collections. That’s how my year started out in 2026.
