These clowns don't know how to read. They ran my wife's insurance wrong, tried sending a bill to a completely different insurance company, and then tried telling my wife she owes money for their mistake.
This a funny company has a funny billing department. They own me 32 dollars, but ask third part company I own PathGroup 32 dollars. Their CFO have to be fired. The employee they hired do not understand what is credit and what is debt. Should be call for IRS audits to check this funny company.
Spent MONTHS trying to figure out why my insurance wasn't covering something that should be covered to eventually find they were using the wrong code. Required phone calls to them, my gyno, and my insurance with all of them blaming someone else. Just got a bill for my yearly (that should be 100% covered) and you guessed it! "Insurance paid $0".
