Lack of Effort. Not very personable. I went earlier this week, and they advised to go the hospital because they have a vein finder. Well with my schedule I really didn't want to do that, so I went a few days later after trying to get even more hydrated. Both visits they weren't willing to try a second poke even though they didn't try repositioning. I went to the hospital right after my second visit and they were able to get something the first time, despite the hospital not even having a vein finder.
The staff is very pleasant. Yes, the floors are awful, but that's a corporate problem. I never have to wait long and they are gentle with me both times I've had to come here.
The tech was nice, location convenient. The place is just dirty. The tile in the floor is broken with pieces just laying there. It can't be kept clean like that and it isn't. Bits of paper here and there and plastic pieces under the edge of the cabinets.
Easy, had two requisitions for quest and path group, able to use both for one lab
