You guys are literally trash in every way. My clinic and patients have had so many issue with y’all…. Your lab is terrible. Lost specimens, inappropriate billing of patients. Even myself You were supposed to bill my office for my own labs as a client bill but you mess up like you’ve done for numerous patient and I get a text from a collections agency when I have not even received an actual bill or EBO. I’m going to call tomorrow to get this resolved and if not I’m reaching out to legal
