I give it 5 stars because Debbie Chester is an excellent agent. I can always count on her to get it right.
Dont recommend using this service. Started with having trouble of getting breakdowns of specific charges via invoice, but everyone's invoice looked different. Then had trouble locating our taxi service as they stated the company has a sign with out name and they didn't. We had to call to ask them to help us locate our taxi. Then we had several issues with getting home as far as the airlines they booked and when I went to submit receipts for the insurance I paid way t o much for to receive nothing in return, to reimburse due ... read more
