I had a phone interview scheduled with Elizabeth, who never called at the scheduled time. Nor did she respond to emails asking if she needed to reschedule our phone interview. So unprofessional. I could never take this company seriously.

There is a comment here about how Pathfinders is not good for black people and I can attest to that. Pathfinders’ first real time finding me a job was with a small company that was so disorganized I still do not know who the supervisor was. The company had no room for growth, no ethnic diversity, and was generally a bad fit given that my skills exceed what the job required but I needed the money. Unfortunately I can only go off of first impressions. And “no response, is a response.” Between Indeed, Glassdoor, countless emails, calls, voicemails… no response. I’ve even commented on their Instagram. No response. Somehow, the in-house is congratulating on service and positions are posting. There is no way for any sort of streamline or pipeline to receive a response, or a confirmation that my resume is not floating in the ethers. SUPER discouraging.
